Saturday, May 11, 2013 I ran my very first 10k in beautiful Canmore, Alberta.
The weather was amazing as was the group of ladies I went with.
Things were going really well the first 9km but that last really hit hard. My final time was 1:16....my son's birthdate.
There will likely be more races to be had this summer....lets improve that time!!!
